just opened a issue about tiny_tds on rubyinstaller2 (https://github.com/oneclick/rubyinstaller2/issues/319)

not sure which code is affected.

If you don't want to use the platform-specific gems, the fix submitted by @Largo has been merged with #544 (original PR: #536). Otherwise, the platform-specific gem for x64-mingw-ucrt is available with the new release 2.1.6.
