Rails World 2024: Speaker cards role & company text bug #368

Problem

The role and company text in the speaker card were too big

Solution

Update class so it properly gets styled

My local host is still broken on the main page ☹️ - Would you mind testing this to make sure my changes were applied?

(Styled through dev console and updated classes accordingly)
