Bump to Ruby 2.2.2 #30

Remove middleman-livereload, which has some dependencies that don't play well with Ruby 2.2.2. middleman-livereload can also surprise the end-user by reloading the page while they're looking at it to see changes between an old and a new version, so let's just remove it.
