Typo in "Guidelines for RailsBridge workshops" on new event page #263

The new events form has some text at the top under "Guidelines for RailsBridge workshops". It's not the best, grammatically. Let's change the text under "It is fine to put limits on attendees, for example:" to:

Men can come as a guest of a woman People of color and their friends LGBTQ folks only

Bonus points for making the styling slightly prettier.
