Use events.bridgefoundry.org instead of bridgetroll.org

As we have talked about this before, I am opening a tix to better keep track of this issue.

BridgeTroll is a very confusing name in the context of Bridge Foundry and the *Bridges. I forgot if we had settled on a specific name.

Bridge Troll will still be the name of the software, it just won't be user facing, so I changed the title of the issue. A few designers are currently working on a refresh of Bridge Troll's navigational structure, so we may or may not wait for that to happen to do the rename. Not sure. I also still think Bridge Troll is a great name, we've just outgrown it — at least we didn't call it "RailsBridge Events" 😛

Here's what we need to do:

• [ ] Remove the word Bridge Troll from the upper left part of the nav bar
• [ ] Remove Bridge Troll from email text / anywhere else in the copy of the app
• [ ] Create a redirect somewhere that preserves paths for all existing links at bridgetroll.org and sends them to events.bridgefoundry.org
• [ ] Change the DNS to be events.bridgefoundry.org

I think that's it — @tjgrathwell is there anything else you can think of that we'll need to do?
