With the introduction of #687, we don't need the locale anymore

Do we need to do anything to point to locale specific changes though?

@mxie The idea is that, eventually, all translations will be handled in https://crowdin.com/project/railsbridge

We can probably keep the english one directly in this repo for reference. What are your thoughts?
