April Volunteer Training #18

@mfjenn and I are planning to do an evening workshop in early April for people who have not had volunteer training before.

Carbon 5 has offered to host the TA training as well as cover food/drink for it.

@rachelmyers @lilliealbert Couple questions:

  1. Should we ask for cash money as well?
  2. Should Teacher Training also offer childcare services?

@lilliealbert @rachelmyers how does one go about emailing past volunteers? Maybe from Dec to present?

There's not a feature for that in Bridge Troll. What do you want to tell them? If we need publicity, maybe we could post it to Meetup?? What do you guys think??

Zee I have had a family emergency arise and I will be moving back east to be with family on Tuesday. Unfortunately I won't be able to do this.

I published this via Meetup; so we should get a few more attendees in the next week.

Welp, looks like Carbon V is unable to host us this month. Reached otu to DBC to see if they're still fine with us using the space.
