Bring the docs wiki into this repository. #31

Now that we have this delightful repository does it make sense to audit and move the organization related wiki content from https://github.com/railsbridge/docs/wiki into this repository?

One one hand that makes sense; it would consolidate all the things organizers need to know a bit more.

On the other hand, if people are accustomed to looking in https://github.com/railsbridge/docs/wiki, and specific wiki pages, I'd like to avoid breaking those links. Maybe those pages link to the new wiki pages??

I am going to close this for now. If I notice anything glaringly wrong when setting up the south bay frontend workshop I might start bringing the content into this repository after updating it but for now it seems fine where it is if a bit illogical.
