To-do's

• [x] Find a location (Depends on how many ppl sign on. The initial idea was to find a cabin somewhere outside of Helsinki.)

Location: Depends on first how many people join. Finland end will need to take care of this. Cabins are for rent too, or then we can find a friends cabin. However, already food & transport can cost. I've started asking people for their private ones - the nice ones next to Helsinki for rent are about 800 so we'd need a sponsor for that and we can't book until there's a sponsor.

Food : also later stage. If at a cabin, we just buy it ourselves and cook together. For sunday picnik / leaving brunch, the weather orders what we do so let's leave that to last minute

Startup Sauna and Design factory is a place we could host meetings if we want, and grill - it's a huge huge open working space

Let's see who needs accomodation - if people don't mind, I think for <10 we can find sofas around helsinki :)

FOOD / ALLERGIES / DIETS

these are the mentioned allergies, special diets etc. when you registered: 4 vegetarian 1 + no fish 1 Soy allergy 1 Histamin Lactose allergy 1 gluten-free 1 detest eggs if recognizable as eggs in food, if i got that right :-)

we will be ~30 people in total Henrietta, right? (the http://railsgirls.com/organizersweekend listing is 38, but prob. some are outdated)

Suggestions: people that are in teams now for meals / snacks organize their part within the issues or via mail so that not everybody get’s every mail? will there be basic stuff like salt pepper oil… available?
