Assigned myself right away because this sounds awesome! I'll try to think of a few things. Should there be some late-comers that desperately want to join this team, I don't mind trading for a spot in one of the food teams. ;)

Me too! I'm not sure about my plans and where I'll be staying on thursday and friday night..so I'm not sure if I can get food.. :) I'll add you to the list Silvia!

I'm staying at the Scandic Paasi Helsinki right by the Frozen Rails location. Where are you all going to be? Maybe we can find a central meeting spot for our driver to pick us up?

That's a good idea! I'm staying at another hotel nearby the Frozen Rails Location, Cumulus Hakaniemi I think..

I live in North Helsinki (and the car is also there) but I can pick you up anywhere.

It would be nice though that I wouldn't have to drive around too much picking people up. Currently Hakaniemi seems to be the place with the most people :-)

If we meet at 11 sharp, we will be at the cottage before 12 so I think it's cool.
