use regstered installbuilder for final build #2

I have used the --license command line switch but it did not worked :(

/Users/mpapis/installbuilder/bin/builder build /Users/mpapis/projects/rix/installbuilder/riosx.xml --license /Users/mpapis/installbuilder-license.xml --setvars osx_target=10.7
