an executable to convert an input MT940 file to different output formats

ToDo:

support reading from STDIN and writing to STDOUT - be a nice unix citizen
support different formats (which?)
more helpful error messages
remove gem dependency from the gem (can we somehow just define it that it is needed for the cli?)
