fontello convert error #17

When I run fontello convert then I got these error message fontello_rails_converter-0.2.0/lib/fontello_rails_converter/cli.rb:77:ingsub!': invalid byte sequence in US-ASCII (ArgumentError)`

can you provide additional details?

@chankaward I just released a new version 0.3.0 of the gem including 2 encoding fixes, can you try if that fixes your issue?
