Decided a little facelift can't hurt!

Would of done more but I couldn't reload the interface without it crashing with the "Couldn't set selectedTextBackgroundColor from default ()" error :(

Yep. It's not much, but feels easy on the eyes.

This change breaks vim (doesn't take up full size), and most likely other ncurses applications. I tested by running vim before and after this commit. @agrublev Do you know what could have caused this?

Sidenote: there is a small bar on the left of the command prompt that can't be removed and is awkward.
