Snippet ordering in the frontend, german language and fix for snippet order in frontend #6

Hi,

have done some more things:

You can order the snippets now in the frontend and move it to other areas
The snippet order was not considered in the frontend (fixed)
The yaml file for the german language including changes in the application.rb. Can't see the german language in the selection, don't know why. Can you have a look at it?

Hi Paul, I'l quitting for the weekend, I'll try and merge your commits late sunday or monday. For the language try following the "Adding a new language" section of the readme. If it does not work surely it's my fault and I jumped some steps in the readme. You can directly mail me if you wish! Ciao and thanks again!
