Remove unused files and misleading notes in Laravel starter #326

Hello!

At least for now, I'm suggesting to remove those misleading notes and files related to Docker, which is not being used since #269. I got confused when I was deploying my own app.

I'll explore to see if I can come up with a better starter guideline based on the projects that I've worked.

Hey @pdrolima, I am closing this PR as we've restructured how we manage templates. Feel free to make PR the changes to the new repo. :)
