chore: update gin dependencies #330

The current image fails to build out of the box. This change bumps the go version from 1.14 -> 1.18 and updates the required gin version as well. Similar changes build and deploy properly for me in a different private repo.

Hey @stillmatic, I am closing this as we've restructured how we manage templates. Do you mind submitting these changes to the new repo?
