Add Pgvector Template #439

Goal

PGVector is an AI/ML Vector Database template built on PostgreSQL for vector storage and analysis.

Payout

Expectation

Contribute the PGVector template with easy integration into PostgreSQL databases. It should provide efficient vector indexing and querying capabilities. Consider incorporating support for similarity joins and vector arithmetic. Clear documentation will assist users in effectively using PGVector for their AI/ML vector storage needs.

HI @ndneighbor,

Sorry, again, for pinging you like this, but I don't really know why my Railway account which links to this GitHub account marked as unverified. Is there any chance that I could have the team manually remove the restriction? Or at least I'd love to know what led to this decision, as I have never tried Railway before, and really excited to see what could be done.

Besides, I've done the pure template, but could not deploy it due to the unverified state. Here is the repo. If the restriction is removed, I could also test and deploy starters of Django or Langchain using pgvector.

Thank you - I'll give updates ASAP, but I'm buried under meetings today, so they might arrive in 24-36h.
