Feature/snap to grid - Githubissues

Good stuff! Seems to work as one would expect. A few comments.

The snapping should also be applied to creation / modification of lines/connections
The Alt modifier key should be used to prevent snapping
User instructions should be updated to reflect this new feature
Broken Cypress test needs to be fixed
Additionally, we could consider a global UI setting for disabling/enabling snap, but I don't think this is a must-have for Merge to Master
