pca plot #76

@gurdeep330 @raimondifranc in pca plot label GPCRome has a wrong layer it should be the same as 33rd layer or the other layers are still not updated I'm not sure cause best PCA doesn't match either

@maticmarin, do you mean at precogx.bioinfolab.sns.it? No, it is not updated there yet. I have updated it locally but @nataliarosa9 is yet to clone my latest commit.
