Add more Support for Layer 2s #5575

Rainbow has no support for some popular L2s It would be nice if rainbow can support zksync, scroll, linea and other evm chains in the app. A rainbow consists of many colors and allows them to blend evenly, I think rainbow wallet should emulate that in adding support for various layer 2s and evm compatible layer 1s
