Changed degen to fetch on degen chain Changed assets to mainnet addresses to fetch on mainnet

• adds exception of L2 eth addresses to fetch ETH_ADDRESS Fallback fetch for asset address on asset chain

• [x] Need to figure out why the bridge asset isn't showing favorite status
