What steps will reproduce the problem?

Run a manual backup

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0 R29
Windows 10

Please provide any additional information below.
Also doesn't appear to be to running at ComicRack start-up anymore.
Was running fine in Windows as of 1/23/2015, when I did a manual full-back-up.
