Would save as many as 5 clicks, as noted here:

"And another thing that I always talk about is that how inaccessible the 
database backup button is. You need at least 5 clicks before you can do this."

doesn't look so nice if integrated in the toolbar. It's not so clear as e.g. 
the Data Manager icon.
