Startup plugins aren't being launched by chromeos-startup.sh. I'll investigate and add more information.

More investigation is done now: this seems to be an issue with only my file, and using other shell scripts seems to fix the issue - I have a hunch this has to do with Windows line endings.

Alright, daemon plugins are confirmed to be working once more. Now all that's left is startup.
