Enhancement: Adding a "Deploy to Heroku" button would be very cool

I'm about to follow the deployment instructions for the first time, and I found myself pining for a Deploy to Heroku button :) https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/heroku-button

@ukd1 and I were talking about this a bit before you submitted the issue :)

It's a great idea, basically, I think what we need to do is:

• [x] create a new Fourchette demo app or something similar and host it in it's own git repo
• [x] add app.json in this new repo
• [ ] add a deploy button in the current repo and the new repo. The one from the current will need to specify the new repo as the install base (this is possible, I looked at the doc the day it came out)
• [x] ...missing something?
• [x] profit? :grinning:

Not sure when I'll have time to do this, so any PR welcomed! :)
