Added Convoy Side Mission: #229

BTR, 2xUral (Refuel/Repair), UAZ starting at Rasman Airport heading with supplies to 4 random Convoy End Positions (Chaman/Sakhe/Timurkulay/Garmsar). Approx. 20-30 min., because of Limited Speed.

Convoy Start/End Marker still needs testing on dedicated server (visible for all? also JIP?).
