use of bullet points for a sequence #8

Instead of "Step 1", "Step 2" etc. a numbered list could be used for easier reading here instead (all processes in the DG have the format below):

Reason for disagreement: i understand it may be subjective, but it is quite widely accepted and recommended all over the world that things should be represented in a numbered list if there is a sequence or order they must be in. Here are some reliable sources of many:

i acknowledge it should have been of very low severity since it is purely formatting, but I do not think it being a minor issue makes it a rejectable issue given how common this standard is throughout the world and how simple a correction for this would be.
