This adds support for dired-subtree-insert and dired-subtree-remove in addition to the already supported dired-subtree-toggle command. Currently, toggling the subtree results in the dired icons being displayed correctly while the other two commands (which, by default, are bound into i and ; in dired-mode-map) often result in the icons being displayed in an odd manner.
