Open Access refers to online, free of cost access to peer reviewed scientific content with limited copyright and licensing restrictions.

We are seeking contributions of resources and discussion around the topic of open access here (where you can submit a pull request for #hacktoberfest :jack_o_lantern: ) or feel free to comment below.

FOSTER Open Science is a fantastic resource which will inspire this kit, but in this case I was just referencing their definition of open access.
