Lotss catalogue downloading #19

The LoTSS catalogue will now be downloaded if specified, coordinates are determined from the input MS file(s) .Two files will be downloaded and stored as CSV:

one catalogue with just RA, DEC and source ID
one catalogue with everything (i.e. with flux densities)

Next steps: cross match and plot astrometry and flux ratios. Possibly later on add FITS reading capability for easier post-processing.
