App won't work in local Grafana installation #18

I'm running Grafana on-premise and the application installs nice and smooth via

$ grafana-cli plugins install ns1-app

Configuring the plugin is also very easy since it only asks for both my Grafana API key and my NS1 API key. But after that, the generated dashboards won't work since there is something funky going on with the authentication with the datasources created by the app.

These are the two datasources created but they somehow won't work. I guess it's trying to reach to a certain endpoint in the API that doesn't exist or needs some sort of authorisation? I have tried setting the Basic HTTP auth for both data sources but to no avail.

Specs: Grafana v4.4.2 (commit: 6d9cbdd)

Have same issue.

Installed via the instructions: https://grafana.com/plugins/ns1-app/installation

App, datasources and dashboards appear, with no data (the setup process was intelligent enough to tell me what specific NS1 permissions were missing (manage account, really?), and this was done... so don't think it is permissions of API user).

Server version is: Grafana v4.4.3 (commit: 54c79c5) App version is: ns1-app @ 0.0.5

We're having this same issue - it'd be very handy to see NS1 metrics from our grafana as part of a unified source of data, rather than having to log into the site itself - is this app even still under development?

Well, are you sure to have created tasks ? Each zone need that you create a task (see Dashboard «add task»), to collect data.
