Bugfixes and UI enhancements #20

Fixed:

Add task now working as intended

Changes:

pulled in CSS files to build standalone and run via docker
"Add Zone" button on List Tasks is now context sensitive
Enabled jshint and jscs, fixed all errors reported
Updated npm modules
Removed "add monitor" code

New:

Adding zones now displays the pending zones and allows removal before submitting
Now prevents adding "empty" zone to task list
"cancel" button in add zone works as a "back" button
Trying to add the same zone to new task gives warning and prevents appending
