Create generic Install script that works for common distros

The install script will support at a minimum:

CentOS Linux release 7.1.1503 (Core) CentOS release 6.6 (Final) Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.5 Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.0 (Maipo) Debian 8.1 Debian 7.8 Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS

Feedback from a beta user related to this:

i need to clone a repo, install go, copy a binary, install nodejs, run the node package installer and then configure the collector? why not offer a bundle for linux and for osx that includes everything required? (but hey, good job on injecting the api key into the config so i can just copy-paste)
