Problem: quotas not enabled! #37

wiped all my docker images and volumes, ran ./build_all.sh ./setup_dev.sh

then got that error in a popup in grafana.

quotas are needed for the CallToAction panel one the home dashboard. you can either ignore the error, or enable quotas in your grafana config.
