the tank branch has a bunch of goodies such as the measure.sh script, graphite-watcher, some dashboards and i think some changes to the dockerfiles.
we need to pick all those things and apply them in master as well, except obviously the stuff that is tank specific (such as running NMT instead of kairosdb etc)

this should then enable us to run benchmarks using https://github.com/raintank/raintank-tsdb-benchmark and compare the outcomes
