updated stack requires deleting raintank_code/raintank-collector/etc/raintank.json #59

because setup_dev.sh only puts the new file in place if the file doesn't already exist. so for users of previous stack, they'll have a config file with serverUrl http://grafana, which fails in the new stack.

not sure if it's worth trying to solve rare cases like this
