worldping-api regularly stops sending refreshes. #86

After running for a while worldping-api pods suddenly stop sending refreshes to probes. When probes dont get a refresh they automatically disconnect and reconnect.

The cause of this will be some kind of deadlock issue in the socketCache refreshLoop.
