When User is not logged in then on verifying Age always get error "Age not verified"

Test scenario : User not logged-in and tries to play Age gated video from Home Page - Video tab

Observation : User always get "Age not verified" error although correct error is reported by API

Expected Response : On UI, correct error (that user should log-in ) should be shown to user
