Add AA gas sponsorship flag to offers #44

If flag true then enable gas sponsorship

double check if set price to 0.00000 that it bypass royalty logic

new env in the rair-front that includes policy ID from alchemy and true/false.

Then if flag in the database + matching button in range UI then it will pull policy ID and sponsor gas.

Qs - can you use a metamask wallet to buy a sponsored NFT or only an AA wallet?

check if it works with Base. Make 2 ranges. first range free sponsored, second range is pay for gas. then make the base mainnet Admin NFT contract
