Distribution Library: Switch "cancel" and "accept" in ICS

"In ICS "cancel" has been shifted to the left-hand side of the screen, making 
the typical button on the right-hand side.   With that in mind, we might want 
to change the EULA layout to have the "accept" on the right-hand side and 
cancel on the left.   I believe ICS does this because most people are right 
handed and hold the phone right handed and it's easier to hit buttons on the 
right side of the screen."

Todo: check whether this change was already introduced in Honeycomb. Adapt the 
layout in distribution library for these versions only.
