This feature comes up time to time and would be nice to have. Currently there
is 0 output parsing or provided hooks to get output. Some people have overriden
PircBotX.sendRawLineToServer which works but is hacky.
Note that I have started this but ran out of time to finish it in Revision
066bc2cfee87. Most of the code should still compile if merged with the latest
revision. I'd like to get some input however as it introduces ~28 new events
This is a big feature and will not be implemented till 2.2
