Overview

This PR works to categorise topics in the license a little more logically, and consolidate language to address a few open issues. In some topics (animal abuse, industrial waste, harmful practice), this PR provides a tighter definition on these.

Thanks for this @murraybunton. I'll be doing a read-through later tonight, but I'll also flag this next week to make sure we can get this in as soon as we can.

@IRod22 We haven't abandoned the project and continue to actively use this license and think others should! We just haven't had the space to make big changes to the license or promote it further, it's been a busy few years for us :)
