Oath/Login problem #1365

Is OAuth through Facebook no longer supported? If that's the case can I simply no longer access my saved squads?

Just saw the post on Reddit. Assuming there's no way to recover any of the lists?

yes its no longer supported. theres no easy way to do it, but i can attempt to recover the lists but i need some kind of identifying info, such as the name of a list that is unique enough that i can search for it and theres no promise ill be able to transfer it. you also need to make a new account using one of the other sign in methods. sorry, unfortunately facebook is being really dumb.

It's not a huge deal, I don't think I had a huge number of things stored for 2.5. I have a tab open on my PC quite often for long stretches without ever logging back in, and was surprised when it wouldn't work (I'd forgotten to manually transfer a list to my phone as I usually do), and then when I got home and logged out/back in (without thinking to see if there was something actually going on) realized I'd probably lost everything especially after finding the reddit thread.

If you're willing to give it a poke, I'm pretty sure I had a list called "VesSairy Marana", but I'm only certain I had that list in 2.0 and not entirely sure I updated it in 2.5 (I think I did, but not certain - if I did and the exact name matters, it likely had a " 2.5" at the end). On the other hand, that list itself is relatively easy for me to reconstitute, but it is one I know would be uniquely named. I'm sure I have others where I stumbled across something interesting and saved it for late but now have no idea what I named it or what was in it.

So again, if you're willing to give it a look, great and thanks, but if it's too much trouble, no worries. My X-Wing prime is almost certainly behind me at this point. Thanks for all your work with the builder, it's been so useful over the years! I have made a new sign-in using Google, hopefully it doesn't catch a case of the stupid too.
