Describe the bug Lieutenant Karsabi (SL) - Saturation Rockets missing missile icon is missing.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to new Empire List
  2. Create new Gunboat Ship
  3. Select Lieutenant Karsabi (SL)
  4. Hover over Saturation Rockets and see that the missile icon is missing.

Expected behavior Should have a missile icon.
