I doubt this is the correct place for this, but I don't know where else to put 
it. I apologize if I am stepping on anyone's toes. 

I decided to try to get shortyz working again on my Nexus 4 with Android Jelly 
Bean 4.3. Attached is an .apk file which includes the following fixes:

(1) URLs updated for Washington Post, Washington Post Puzzler, Joseph, Sheffer, 
and Premier crossword puzzles. 
(2) Version check to allow for Android 4.3 (and above). 

This is my personal build and may require you to uninstall any shortyz app you 
have installed from the Market. YMMV.
