Spotty Tethering on Razr Maxx HD

What version of wireless tether are you using?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when running Wifi Tether for about 10-15mins both download and Upload slow 
to 0kbps. If I restart what ever I was doing (ie youtube, netflix, browising 
etc) it comes back to normal and problems restarts every 10-15 minutes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expectation is a consistent 4G LTE based on the signal strength but I am seeing 
inconsistency data throughput. 

Please provide any additional information below.
I rooted when I was on 4.0.4 ICS and kept root while I did OTA 4.1.1 update on 
Big red. 

Please any help would be most appricated

This ticket can be closed I happen to find the apk version v3.3-pre2 
*EXPERIMENTAL* fby Trevor installed, tried it and the spotty tethering problem 
I was encountering is gone. I was able to tether a laptop and android table 
simultaneously streaming netflix and youtube for close to 2hrs with no hiccups.
