Empty Cluster #69

Hi I get something strange from the structure. I generated STRUCTURE for K=4 to K=8. But the results are the same. I mean, I found four reference populations for K=5 ... K=8. I checked the meanQ files, and for K=8, four columns are zero for all individuals. Thank you so much in advance

Hi, I encountered the same problem, and I don't know if this issue has been resolved or not. The issue is the same as #65 :)
