Need kext for Lion on Dell N3010 Atheros AR8152 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. kext (thecandle for ex.) work well if cable connected
2. if cable unplugged than it causes kernel panic
3. if boot without cable and kext installed kernel panic

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want a kext compatible for lion os x 10.7.2

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
thecandle version (which fixed the kp for snow leopard)

Please provide any additional information below.

Untill a workaround try to use an external usb-ethernet adapter. They work well 
with no kp.
