This adds the wonderful catpuccin themes 🙂

Credits go to : https://github.com/catppuccin/alacritty/ for creating the themes 🙂
I just copied the themes into the folder.

I've been running with this for quite a while and this works quite nicely for me.

I noticed that the bar: is changed to footer_bar: so I changed that key.
